Description
Devsinc is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join its sales team.
The role requires a self-driven, customer-focused individual with a track record of exceeding sales targets in the IT and software engineering sectors.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the UK and European markets.
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, lead generation, and referrals, focusing on industries requiring IT and bespoke engineering solutions.
Market Expansion: Expand the company’s presence in the target regions by identifying emerging market trends and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Proposal Development: Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches that effectively communicate the value of our services.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (delivery, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including lead volume, pipeline generation, closed won revenue, sales cycle progress, and client retention rates.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, securing deals that align with company goals and client expectations.
Travel: Travel within the UK and Europe for client meetings and industry events as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Marketing, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably within IT or bespoke engineering services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the MENA region.
Strong knowledge of the UK and European markets, including key industry players and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a cross-functional team.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
Willingness to travel across the assigned regions.
