We are recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join our client’s well-established estate agency based in Haverhill. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to develop their career in property sales, working within a dynamic and supportive team.
Duties to Include:
Registering applicants and matching them to properties
Carrying out viewings
Building relationships
Sales progression when necessary
Arrange Market appraisals
Experience/Skills Required:
Previous experience in an Estate Agency /Sales Negotiator role
Highly organised
IT Literate
Strong relationship building skills
Use of own vehicle which is insured for business use
Hours of Work
Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30 pm Saturdays – 9.00 – 4.00pm with a day off in lieu
