Sales Support Executive
Salary & Benefits:
Salary up to £14 per hour, negotiable, depending on age and experience
Profit sharing scheme
Excellent Contributory Pension
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Hours: 20-40 hours Monday-Friday between 7.30am and 5.30pm
Company Description: Join the UK’s leading electrical distributor and switch on to a bright future! My client is the largest electrical distributor in the United Kingdom and serves both to the trade and to the public from over 300 locations in the UK. They are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their team in Chelmsford. This role offers an exciting opportunity to progress within the business and to be a part of their continued success.
Role:
Supporting the Sales Team by answering telephone enquiries and proactively calling existing and dormant b2b clients
Raising quotations and following up
Proactively developing close relationships with customers
Processing orders and handling ordering queries
Administration duties
Person & Skills Required:
This role would ideally suit someone that has sales experience in a trade industry but not essential as full training will be provided
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure
Dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success
B2b Sales experience would be an advantage
Customer service focused approach
Attention to detail and organised
Team player
This role will require a hard-working and likeable individual, who will grow relationships and offer exceptional levels of customer service to their diverse customer base
