Sales Support / Vending Machine Coordinator

HAYLEY DEXIS are looking for a Sales Support / Vending Machine Coordinator to join our well-established and expanding team based at our AMS branch in Derby.

About the role:

As our Sales Support / Vending Machine Coordinator you will support and manage your own local customer base, ensuring that the onsite vending machines are fully stocked and maintained. The role will require you to commute to multiple sites, where you will be able to build strong relationships with our customers and develop your product knowledge. A vehicle will be provided during working hours.

We are looking for applicants who are driven to learn new skills, looking to develop a new career and are willing to travel and work on site. On-the-job training and job shadowing will be provided, along with opportunities for career progression.

As our Sales Support you will be working in a busy distribution environment, entering sales orders, progressing purchase orders with suppliers and progressing quotes with customers, as well as performing general office admin tasks.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week

Key responsibilities as our Sales Support / Vending Machine Coordinator will include:

Entering Sales Orders
Progressing purchase orders with suppliers
Progressing Quotes with Customers
Answering telephone sales calls
General office admin tasks

Skills we’re looking for in our Sales Support / Vending Machine Coordinator:

Knowledge within the MRO industry (essential)
High attention to detail
Professional telephone and email etiquette
Experience in working with suppliers and customers
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving ability
Good IT skills, especially in Office 365
