Position Overview:
As a Senior IT Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our success by managing and expanding our client relationships. Your primary focus will be on IT sales within our MSP services, where you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our existing clients, understanding their unique IT needs and challenges.
IT Sales: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our MSP services and solutions, providing tailored recommendations to meet clients’ evolving requirements.
Strategic Consulting: Collaborate with clients to develop IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with their business objectives, ensuring they get the most value from our services.
Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of IT projects for your clients, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Customer Satisfaction: Continuously assess client satisfaction and work to resolve any issues promptly, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Account Manager in an MSP or IT services environment. 2-3 Years
Strong IT sales and relationship-building skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in understanding complex IT solutions and technologies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
A customer-centric mindset and a passion for exceeding client expectations.
