Senior PPC Lead

Job Details

We’re looking for a PPC specialist to take charge of our campaigns and advertising within the regulated financial sector. Taking lead of the optimisation and executing campaigns with clear reporting and performance updates.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Management:

Develop and manage high performing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and other platforms
Create and optimise targeted campaigns for different customer segments
Implement advanced audience targeting strategies while adhering to FCA guidelines
Ensure all campaigns comply with financial promotions rules and regulatory requirements

Performance Analysis & Optimisation:

Analyse user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and ad copy to enhance conversion rates
Optimize campaigns based on risk metrics and customer quality indicators
Monitor and adjust bid strategies to maintain efficient cost per acquisition (CPA)
Develop and implement remarketing strategies that align with regulatory requirements

Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising, and other tools to track and report on campaign performance
Generate comprehensive reports on key metrics including CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
Monitor competitor activity and market trends

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Compliance to ensure all campaigns meet regulatory standards.
Partner with the Risk and Collections teams to align acquisition strategies with business objectives.
Collaborate with other marketing team members to support wider digital marketing initiatives including email and SMS campaigns.

Vacancy Summary
