Approach Personnel is a well established Construction Recruitment Agency in Nottingham that operate across a wide range of sectors including Construction/ Fit Out/ Civils/ Industrial to name a few.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Consultant who knows the recruitment sector well that can come in hit the ground running.

The role involves business development (both on the phone and at client sites) to existing and prospective clients, recruiting suitable candidates, making placements and building your own business within our business.

Duties of a Senior Recruitment Consultant;

New Business Development
Account Management & Account Development
Developing long lasting relationships with both client & candidates
Representing Approach Personnel at business Networking Events
Interviewing
