Senior Recruitment Consultant
Vancouver – Hybrid
Base salary DOE plus uncapped commissions and bonus
Here’s what we need from you!
Previous proven experience in sales, business development, account management or a senior hospitality management role.
Experience in leading small teams, setting goals and KPIs
Previous agency recruitment experience on a 360 desk
Experience in actively developing new business leads, negotiating contracts, and developing recruitment solutions to match client needs
Comfortable at leading established accounts, working with clients to support their needs
Be able to handle and manage a large existing database as well as a high volume of incoming inquiries and applications
