Our fast -growing company is looking for an experienced sales administrator to help us schedule, liaise and report to our ‘A’ list clients.
We are a long-established specialist cleaning company working with EdU, Hotels Restaurant and Facilities Management companies.
Role summary
You will be responsible for managing the workflow of jobs from the initial enquiry to the final report. You will liaise with our clients, the operations team, and the suppliers to ensure that the jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. To do this you work with the schedule, and our IT tools following our process to ensure the client’s needs are fulfilled alongside PDCs.
We require an experienced, target driven office-based salesperson.

You will be a key member of the Sales Administration Team, working in a fast-paced environment with responsibility to reach and exceed targets with repeat and new business sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
You will be a key member of the team, working in a fast-paced environment with responsibility to reach and seamlessly deliver excellent customer service.
Make proactive, outbound calls to develop sales to existing and new clients.
Manage and develop commercial accounts and obtain new business in line with the strategy of the business.
Maintain good relations with existing clients.
Responsible for improvement of client revenue, volume, and gross margin
Take inbound calls from existing and prospective clients.
Upsell and cross sell company products and services to increase revenue and profit.
Prepare quotations.
Liaising with our partners and third-party suppliers
Work closely with all departments to achieve the common goal – The BEST customer Service in the industry to our 1500 + client base.
Interact with and schedule our operatives on a daily basis, intelligently and accurately.
Maintain our database ensuring contacts and prices are correct and ensure contracts are up to date.
You need to be:
Experience gained in a sales/customer services administration role is essential.
Target focussed.
Telephone sales or telephone-based customer services experience is essential.
Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Intelligent and presentable
Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
Strong attention to detail is essential.
The ability to learn new skills and understand the value of adaptability.
Excellent IT skills that include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email & Web) awareness and experience is essential.
Proven track record of exceeding goals and going above and beyond.
Must be target driven and results orientated within a dynamic workplace.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Colchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Sales administration: 3 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
