Senior Sales Negotiator in Central London
About the Role
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator on behalf of our client, a well-established estate agency in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level, working directly with the owner in a prime location. You will have access to a strong revenue stream and the chance to be fully involved in the company’s growth.
A driving licence is NOT required for this role.
Location: Central London
Salary: £26,000+ basic salary, OTE £40,000 – £60,000 per annum + benefits
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with one early finish at 5:00 PM)
One-hour lunch break
Key Responsibilities
Organising and conducting property viewings.
Business development – securing new property sales.
Managing sales progression, and liaising with solicitors and other stakeholders.
Marketing and administrative tasks to support the sales process.
Providing excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Negotiator in a Central London estate agency.
Strong business development and negotiation skills.
Highly organised and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, ambitious, and able to build strong client relationships.
IT proficient – experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualifications
Degree educated (preferred).
What We Offer
Highly competitive basic salary starting from £26,000 per annum.
OTE of £40,000 – £60,000 per annum.
