Land Energy has a 100 strong workforce, state of the art biomass CHP equipped with an Organic Rankine Cycle turbine and a 100,000-tonne wood pellet production plant & soon to build secondary co-product production facility.

THE ROLE
The role of the Telesales Executive is to grow revenue from existing Tier 3 clients and to attract new clients to Land Energy, hitting agreed revenue targets and meeting the activity KPIs of the role.
You will be responsible for proactive, outbound calling to existing clients and prospects; to promote the growing range of Land Energy products, identify opportunities for growth, and to ensure ongoing satisfaction with Land Energy service levels.
The Telesales Executive will also provide inside sales support to the wider Business Development team in support of major growth opportunities.
Accountabilities
• Plan and work to a schedule of outbound calling to a balanced mix of existing and new clients to identify growth opportunities
• Handle inbound sales enquiries, to qualify leads and manage/direct the enquiry to the appropriate LE sales resource
• Accurately record the details of client engagements in the CRM
• Build ongoing relationships with larger clients, promoting the values and products of Land Energy
• Accurately report on activity and sales opportunities to the Head of Packaged Sales. Provide regular feedback on any issues arising, and the market and competitor activity.
• Provide sales support to marketing campaigns as required
• Provide ad-hoc support to the Head of Packaged Sales and wider business development team in support of major opportunities upon request
• Maintain knowledge of the Land Energy product range, both the technical specification and the differentiated advantages & benefits of Land Energy products and services
• Maintain an awareness of the markets we sell into and the competitor landscape, in order to best represent the Land Energy product/service.
• Represent the Land Energy brand in a consistently professional manner, in line with the values of the business, in particular the Sustainability journey that Land Energy is on.
• Support the Sales Admin time in handling client orders and general enquiries when required
THE PERSON
• Ideally, experience in an outbound telesales role, performing account management and/or new business with demonstrable success
• Able to demonstrate a good understanding of the sales process
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Approachable and enjoys engaging with new people, with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and motivated by success
