Salary: £31,000 + Commission

About the Role:
We are currently supporting our client, a leading player in the retail industry in their search for an experienced Territory Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in wholesale/retail to join a fast-growing company. If you’re passionate about driving sales, building lasting relationships, and working in a field-based role, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a designated sales territory, nurturing both new and existing client relationships
Proactively identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Present and sell the company’s products/services in a consultative, solution-oriented manner
Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and expand your client base
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve business goals
Regularly report on sales performance and market trends

What We’re Looking For:

Proven field sales experience, ideally with a background in wholesale or retail
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a solutions-driven mindset
A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel within the designated territory
Experience in retail/wholesales is a plus
