The Impact Academy
Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with all the skills to thrive as a Recruitment Consultant. In your first year, you’ll:
Source and interview candidates
Create professional CV profiles for clients
Hit weekly targets and earn commission as you go
After completing your first year, you’ll move into a Sales Desk role, receiving expert training in business development, margin negotiation, safeguarding, and more.
Continuous Support
You’ll have strong mentorship from your team manager and seasoned recruitment professionals to guide your development.
