ESS Employment Ltd are looking to employ a Vehicles Sales Executive to work with an established client, reporting to the Director. As a Vehicle Sales Executive, you will build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and offer transport solutions. You will sell both new and used vehicles using different purchase methods and promote after-sales services for a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
Duties for the role:
Sales activities:
• Find new vehicle sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Showcase available vehicles and options to customers.
• Share ideas to improve customer service and sales performance.
Customer relations:
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Provide accurate quotes and vehicle details quickly.
• Share important information with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
Industry knowledge:
• Attend training to stay updated on vehicle models and industry trends.
The successful candidate:
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport in a customer-facing setting.
• Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and target objectives.
• Strong passion for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Prior sales experience, particularly in commercial vehicle sales, contract hire, and rental sales (preferred).
• Flexibility to adapt to unexpected situations and strong problem-solving abilities.
Hours of work
Monday: 08:00 – 17:00
Tuesday: 08:00 – 17:00
Wednesday: 08:00 – 17:00
Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
