Yacht Sales Executive / Yacht Broker required in North Germany – Neustadt in Holstein
Yacht Sales Professional required for Argo Yachting, based in Ancora Marina, Neustadt in Holstein, Germany
Argo Yachting – New Yacht Sales & Brokerage – Saxdor, Pardo, Galeon, Princess
Remuneration package will depend upon experience, made up of basic salary + sales commission

The Company:
Argo Nautical – With offices in the UK, Germany, Marbella, Mallorca and Turkey, we are the largest and longest established distributor of new Princess Yachts in the UK and Europe.
We have a thriving used boat business: driven by Princess Approved, Princess Brokerage International and our multi-brand brokerage house: Argo Yachting. In addition to new and used yacht sales, we also operate shared ownership programmes via YachtQuarters, our Princess Charter division, and a large service and parts business.
The Role:
To build longstanding relationships with customers, maximising on all sales opportunities.
Thorough and accurate qualification of customers, following a structured and professional sales process.
Act as an Ambassador for the brands – Argo Nautical, Argo Yachting, Galeon, Pardo, Saxdor and Princess Yachts.
The role is based primarily at Ancora Marina in Neustadt in Holstein, however some travel will be required to attend Boat Shows or other events.
Requirements:
Professional retail sales experience – preferably Marine, Prestige Cars or Property.
Full driving licence.
Languages – German (essential), English (essential).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills.
